Let’s talk about our most tabu subject: Female Orgasms
A real talk about orgasms, embodiment, and the healing power of pleasure.
Most of us were taught to perform — not to feel.
To shut down instead of tune in.
To dissociate, disconnect, and deny what the body truly needs.
This is not a sex-ed class.
It’s a return to your body, your nervous system, your truth.
Together, we’ll explore:

✨ How shame, trauma, or even depression can numb our pleasure
